Does AeroOps work for Part 135 charter operations?
+
Yes. DispatchAgent is designed for both Part 91 and Part 135 operations. For Part 135 users, AeroOps tracks OpsSpecs compliance, flight time limitations, and crew rest requirements alongside dispatch. The maintenance tracker covers Part 135 airworthiness requirements. Contact us to confirm coverage for your specific operation.
Does AeroOps integrate with ForeFlight, CAMP, or other tools I'm already using?
+
Not yet — we're focused on building the best standalone dispatch and maintenance experience first. Integration with ForeFlight, CAMP, and other tools is on our roadmap. We'll announce integrations as they ship.
Who is responsible if the AI misses something?
+
You're always in control. AeroOps agents monitor, alert, and propose — they never take action without your confirmation. Think of it like a co-pilot: it flags the issue and recommends a solution; you make the call. All decisions remain with the operator. We're building audit logs so you have a full record of every recommendation and decision.
Where is my data stored? Who can see it?
+
Your data is stored in SOC 2-certified cloud infrastructure (AWS). Each organization's data is isolated — no cross-tenant access. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not share your operational data with third parties.
Can I cancel anytime?
+
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of your billing month — no cancellation fees. Annual plans can be cancelled at any time; we'll prorate a refund for unused months. No long-term lock-ins.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
+
You own your data. Export everything — aircraft records, maintenance history, work orders, flight logs — at any time from your dashboard. After cancellation, data is retained for 90 days for regulatory compliance, then deleted per our data retention policy.
Which aircraft types does AeroOps support?
+
Currently: Cessna (150/152/172/172S/182/210), Piper (PA-28/PA-32/PA-46), Beechcraft (Bonanza A36/Baron), Cirrus (SR20/SR22), Mooney (M20 series), Diamond (DA40/DA42). Support for jets, turboprops, and custom configurations is on our roadmap. Contact us to check coverage for your fleet.
What does "annual" billing mean exactly?
+
Pay for 11 months, get the 12th month free. Billed annually upfront ($2,200–$3,300 per aircraft depending on plan). Cancelling mid-year triggers a prorated refund for unused months.
How does AeroOps price compare to CAMP or Traxxall?
+
CAMP charges $400–600+/month per aircraft for maintenance tracking alone. Traxxall starts around $100/month. AeroOps bundles dispatch + maintenance + parts sourcing at $200–$300/month per aircraft — less than CAMP charges for maintenance alone. No "contact sales" required, no annual contract.
What training and support is included?
+
All plans include onboarding documentation and in-app guidance. Pro plans include priority email support with a 24-hour response SLA.
